10 December 2004 today marks seven years to the day since i found out i had hepatitis C. and while it looks like i am no longer plagued by the virus, it still makes me think about how long the road has been and how blessed i am to have such great love and support from dear family and dear friends throughout this time.
but most of all i am thankful for the miracle of medicine, and the miracle that has been given to me through needles and pills. my body should not have responded, but it did thank the Lord.
needless to say, i have a completely different outlook on life now and when i find myself planning things or dreaming about my future i feel selfish and guilty because i don't deserve a second chance for the second time. [17:19]
